99 Today!

My Dad celebrated his 99th birthday today with a party at the block of assisted-living flats where he lives here in Newcastle. There was a big turnout of his friends old and new and a good time was had by all.

It's a while since he appeared on a blip on his birthday - the last time was in 2017 when he was a mere 94 (just a lad then, really!).
