HEADACHE

Many apologies for the backblip but I had a bad headache Thursday night, and then felt a bit drained on Friday.  Nothing wrong, just one of those things so I decided to have a day mostlly away from the computer.  

Not a flower from theh garden this time, just on a walk around te block.

After Qigong (much needed and appreciated) I ahd avery quiet day.
