Cleaning up the river Leam

A day of activity, first a morning cycle with F round Birdingbury, I drove there she cycled, I did about 20 miles round trip, F 50!

Then this afternoon a lovely paddle on the Leam, I picked up a fairly large amount of rubbish from the water gave me a chance to practise my manneourving- problem was 2 wine bottles I picked up made people think I was a drunk on a paddleboard
