A display of loveliness

This is the only photo for today although I really should have taken a photo of the table of a good friend’s, beautifully displaying home cooked tarts, fresh fruit and meringues. It was a feast for the eyes, let alone the palate.

Lovely friend is a work colleague and about to go on maternity leave. I’ll miss her. We had a laugh this evening. With about a dozen of her friends there, it started quiet but quickly developed to being fun and animated.
