SILLY SATURDAY - TRYING TO MAKE FLAGS

Hello lovely Blippers,

We wanted to help Mrs. HCB today, because as you know she is suffering with a sore and painful neck.   We thought we heard Mr. HCB say she was “a pain in the neck” but then decided perhaps we hadn’t heard it quite right and in fact, he said she “HAD a pain in the neck!”

Mrs. HCB had already decided that we would be making flags today ready for the Jubilee celebrations next week, so we thought that we could be really helpful and useful today.

We found the glue, Sellotape, scissors, straws, and all the little flags that Mrs HCB had printed off and we started on the job.

Some of the glue and Sellotape was very sticky, and you can see that Reeth got all tangled up in the very sticky brown tape, and it took us a long time to get it off him - how silly is that? Well, at least we know that Admirer would have laughed.

We can’t stop to write more because we have a lot to do, as I’m sure you have too, especially if you are going to any Jubilee celebrations yourselves.
