The Feast Day of Saint Bernard.
I am really delighted with this beautiful blue skied Saturday morning here in Rishton.
It is 13c with a gentle breeze. After a stroll to buy the Mail, I walked along to Victoria Street canal site, to see what was happening.
There are two narrowboats moored beside the Canal cafe.
There was no sign of the swans or Canada Geese. A black and white cat was enjoying rolling in the morning sunshine. A few houses have displayed Platinum Jubilee decorations and flags. There is a peaceful happy atmosphere.
