WFH in the morning. Playing with spatial databases. Looks like my colleague was absolutely right that we need to precompute the maps and serve the data as tiles. Ah well, another new thing to learn. Lunchtime walk in the cemetery. It was well windy and quite tricky. I did find some new hoverflies and some crane fly (see extra) that I couldn't identify. Trip to KB in the afternoon to pick up a poster.
