The pond at Strawberry Hill

This pond is one of a number in Epping Forest and  is one of my favourites.  I love the magical 'island'  within it which seems to have a fairytale feel. The pond is home to a number of types of waterfowl although few were around today.  The sky today was just so  blue and the sun felt nearly warm: at last it looks as though Spring has arrived.
