Stormy sunrise

It's often said that the rising sun is first seen in Australia at Cape Byron, the most easterly point on the continent. Here at Lennox Head we see it at virtually the same time. Which today was 6.28am. I don't see it very often! But today I took this photo of stormy clouds over the Pacific Ocean, very soon after sunrise, from our balcony. After that, we had a glorious sunny and warm day. The storms threatening at sunrise didn't eventuate.
