Golden Light

After a frost a good frost this morning we had a wonderful sunny day.

I had my pool exercise first thing this morning. It was good my GP's appointment was straight afterwards. He has recommended I have a Gastroscopy. That may take a while. I have had one before many years ago, so know what I am in for. Good to have that checked out. Still have no voice as such, but can whisper. The doctor must be hard of hearing as he couldn't understand what I was saying most of the time.. so he must be a bit deaf like John.

This afternoon I meet up with my freind and her daughter for a coffee at a cafe nearby. She could understand me when I was whispering.

These leaves are from our Cherry Blossom tree. They are always the last to get their autumn colour. They looked lovely in the afternoon sunshine.
