What a great day for a bike ride

Fantastic day, me, N, his sister and the kids took the bikes from Bardney to Woodhall Spa and back - sky was bright blue, air was fresh, company was great and the terrain was perfect - we even made it for sandwiches and cakes at Janet's followed by a tasty ice-cream before cycling back - I attempted this route last year and was absolutely knackered, it shows you what regular cycling can do for you - 14 miles easy and not a twinge - although I'll probably feel it in the morning
