Throbbing!

Not even the nice kind of throbbing unfortunately.

As the kids were in close proximity when I met with my unfortunate accident, I couldn't go for a full on swearfest. There's was no buggering, shit, shite, fecking or even (and I really wanted to say it), c**t. Yes, it was that sore!

I'd like to pass on my learnings from today if I may -

1. Don't use a high heel to 'hammer' a picture hook into the walk.

2. Don't use a pair of scissors to unbend the picture hook you bent using the high heel.

It will NOT work.
