Lining up

In the Desco for a new kitchen tap - this shop has a good selection, but has not heard about customer service... We knew which tap we wanted, but despite various employees not doing anything we had queue until another employee was available. Then we're told this tap is not available and needs to be ordered. Of course that needs to be done by some other employee behind another queue... Jeah right!
Needless to say the specific tap has now been ordered via the internet from the comfort of our home.

In the shop even the taps are queing!
