This is the last blip being uploaded a day late to my journal.


Today we said farewell to Hanmer and made our way home via the Lewis Pass. We left in sunshine, arrived back in Nelson to clear skies, but in between we drove through misty showers - and watched snow clouds swirl around mountain tops. I had hopped we would see snow as we drove through the pretty Lewis Pass.

Another special thank you for the comments, stars and hearts for the photos of my day trip into Lake Tennyson. The scenery along the way was magnificent. 
Today has disappeared much too quickly and I haven’t managed to complete everything on my list - which should be achieved tomorrow.
