Lacey squash

I've now planted half of my squashes and left the others to grow on in the greenhouse, except this 'Blue Hungarian', which had started to flower and was ready for hardening off.

I knew the pond area and compost heap were full of snails and slugs but I was hopeful they wouldn't climb onto the table or hardening off shelf I made in the winter. I was wrong. 

I've now put the poor lacey plant back in the greenhouse to help it recover until the Nemaslugs work their magic (hopefully!).
