Out and about

Lovely start to the day when our friends from Inverness popped in for breakfast en route to a swimming competition.

Semi-quaver managed to secure a deal on her old bike which she has outgrown (she takes after her father when it comes to negotiating!) and has spent the money already!!

Out for a walk and then a cycle quite close to home but on a road that I've never been along before. And yes, I was in the ditch taking this!
