Rosy

Rosy and I have been friends for about 13 years ever since she moved in down the lane with her family. We became friends walking home from the village school with our kids and drinking endless cups of tea while they played.

Time has moved on, my children are grown hers are now immersed in GCSE's and school stuff. We both work and apart from book club which we started about 8 years ago where we meet once a month our coffee and chats, tea and talking, wine and whinge times have all but disappeared. This week we decided to throw caution to the wind and (whilst our families were otherwise engaged in various pursuits) meet up for coffee ! The sun shone on us, we found a corner in a coffee shop garden and nattered, caught up and laughed for an hour. It was so nice we've decided to do it again next week !
