Consolatory cake

I’ve borrowed this pic from daughter J who sent it from her work, to ask me if I wanted one of these lovely cakes. It was to cheer me up after I got £100 parking fine this morning.

It hasn’t been the best of days but watching the news makes one unspeakably grateful for small tribulations.
