When in Florence……..

We spent a lot of time wandering and taking in the sights and no trip to Florence would be complete without a trip to the Academia. I’d bought tickets in advance which was just as well as I think we would have struggled to get in otherwise? Incredible in size and scale and such an amazing achievement to sculpt a masterpiece from marble ( before he was 30). Lovely hot day and nice to be with No.2 for such a special trip.
