Happy Retirement

That's the name of this floribunda rose bush, which is one of several in our front garden. 

We went out for our first proper walk in nearly a fortnight this morning, and it was so good to be out on the Green in the fresh air. The grass wasn't too wet underfoot (at least on the paths that have been cut through the long grass) but, as you can see, there are plenty of raindrops covering the petals of this rose. 

Yes, we're having a happy retirement ...
