Jarring

Being back in the office in the city of Christchurch is a bit jarring. There's more traffic and people. My morning bus was full but there aren't many people in the office.

The river and botanic gardens at lunchtime were the balm.

Today's gratitude: For less zoom and more real engagement with colleagues.
