magnolia seedling

I collected some magnolia seeds last year to see if I could grow a magnolia tree.  The process is not complicated but interesting: you need to put the seeds in a plastic bag with some soil and refrigerate for 10 weeks. After that you take them out and pretty much wait to see if the seeds sprout.  I don't remember how many seeds I put in the bag, but I got 5 little magnolias growing in my office.  We will see if they survive and grow.
