Garlic

This wild garlic is growing at our entrance. People often ask if they can take some  and we sometimes dig up a little for them.There is plenty of it and it spreads every year.  I have never used it although I do like a hint of garlic in many dishes. I just have no idea what to do with is. It is the same with lovage. I once had lovage soup , which I enjoyed so I bought a plant and again I don't know how much to use so just a little goes in the pot.
