What's Cooking?

That time of year again when I clean out this walk in cupboard, which is like a big pantry and where we keep kitchen things that don't fit in the kitchen.  We grandly call it the bodega.  There's a liquid fridge there too.  I cleaned this out during lockdown and I chucked out tons of stuff, but things just seem to appear again and take up space again - like 'useful' glass jars!   The cookery books in the main shot are the ones staying and the ones in the extra will be taken to a 'Reread' book shop here. There are a few more books just out of frame on the 'keeping'  shelf.  Having them on as an extra might  save my looking for one that's gone - mind you some of these have never been used, perhaps bought second-hand or on a whim.  The dishwasher's purring away with all the glasses that were on the shelf above the books.   I'm cleaning top to bottom and little by little, so I can do a bit when I have the time and when I've had enough for the day I can just close the door!
