Red Jack Rant.

Across the lane from me, Helen has this lovely Red Jack Rhododendron . Had a chin wag with her on the way to buy me paint at the DIY store. Could not believe the price of the stuff, something to do with covid, brexit and Ukraine , plus `perfect storms`, whatever these are. I`ve had enough. So have just filled in the online application to join the French Foreign Legion. Dropped me age a tad, but am hopeful of squeezing in, and making a clean break from all and everything going up in price beyond my means and sanity.
