Gloomy

It was a very gloomy day today and we saw little or no sun all day.  I headed off for my morning walk and decided it would be a quick one as it started to rain just after I got to the top of the driveway.  This was the scene as I was about to walk out of the tree line on my way to Hargraves.  Certainly not much of a view today!!
Then it was shopping day and I did a quick sprint into Katoomba and Blackheath.  I’m absolutely astonished to report that I can’t remember seeing another person wearing a mask the entire time I was out and about.  Mauzee and I are still taking a very VERY cautious approach as we have friends who are suffering from Long Covid and they keep saying - “You don’t want to get it”.
