Pulled Pork

Pulled pork, corn on the cob, salad with ranch dressing, and tater tots. Wine: Donati Family Vineyards The Immigrant 2016.

Tonight's dinner was largely composed of convenience and processed components. The pulled pork was readymade, the salad dressing was from a bottle, and then there are the tater tots. We got the first sweet corn of the season today. I look forward to more of it. The wine is a nice California Merlot.
