Open to interpretation

I noticed this sign on the front of a house that we passed on the way back from the village hall this afternoon. I’ve never noticed it before, but it has probably be there for years!!! 

We have a good population of male blackbirds who entertain us with their singing. This male has only one leg but balances on the roof ridge and sings for all he is worth. He has been missing for 2-3 weeks and I was concerned for his safety, but he was back today.
