Old house at Tresali

Tresali is a village outside Nava. The village is generally in good repair, a pleasant place to live, but this house, by the village square, badly needs attention.
I´m going to put a black and white alternative in on 18 May, one of the dates I missed last week. I´d be interested in people´s reaction to the comparison. TIA of course. 
Incidentally, Tresali is one of a number of Asturian towns that have the Tre first 3 letters (Trescasa, Tremañes come to mind). Whether that´s related to the Tre beginnings in Cornish and Welsh place names, I don´t know.
