Peony beauty

Rob gave me some lovely peonies in my flowers at the weekend but this one is in the garden. It flowers every year despite being in a bed that is partially covered by the studio roof and so doesn't get much rain. 
The forget-me-nots always provide a beautiful backdrop. (definitely best viewed with the black background)
I had my first shot on our Nordic treadmill today. I did a 1.16 mile hike in Snowdonia with 149ft elevation. A very nice chap talked to me the whole time and it was very enjoyable. This is all part of our attempt to get fit. I am starting small but hope to work up to much more.
