The final sing

Oh it was a glorious day. The weather cleared (as it has done really every Sunday that we've sung this past year!) You can click on the tag to see some of the past more wintery views. Today we sang down in the quarry and the person who did the fabulous video from our winter Solstice sing was filming again. I will add the link when the video becomes available. It was so peaceful. The wood thrush were singing in the trees along with some tree frogs. It was the perfect accompaniment. I've included a couple photos that Dan took in the extras.The second one is the empty quarry after we sang our way up to the deck where the main photo is taken. We sang our last 3 songs up there and it was SO hot!!! What a wonderful season... :-)
