Rose

Our Annual Church Meeting today. All went smoothly. Thankfully that means that one of the items of pressure is now behind me. The meeting was after the service and then we had lunch, so it was mid afternoon when I got home. After a phone call, I decided I needed some fresh air and the grass also needed cutting. Once I'd done the lawn I tackled the front bed. I got some plants at the church shop which needed to go in but long grass had taken over the space. I ended up digging it all over first and clearing a lot of roots. 
 
I tackled this bed last year and cut the this rose back. It is now rewarding me by flowering again.
