Two trophies :-)

Don't usually post head-shots ...

... but here I am, on behalf of the Edinburgh Union Canal Society, obviously delighted to receive a small trophy from 'Scottish Waterways for All' and 'Scottish Canals' for outstanding effort as a resurgent canal society at the Flotilla200 Linlithgow event :-)

On my left is a colleague, Andy Devenport, receiving the same award on behalf of the Bridge 19-40 Union Canal Society - Andy has played a part in both Societies being so successful over the last few months ... a sterling effort indeed!

Onwards now to the Edinburgh Canal Festival, which takes place on Saturday 18th June :-))
