Right into summer

It seems we don’t really have much of a spring here. We seem to go from winter, maybe 2 weeks of spring, then full on summer. Today was hot and humid. It was little Anna second birthday party. It was held at a farm nature preserve. The food was catered by a bbq company. There was so much of it  and it was good! Little Anna was a little grumpy, she did not nap prior to her party, but when it came time for the cake and everyone was singing happy birthday she was so happy! She was so excited, it was adorable. Once mom helped her blow out the candles, she took a spoon and dug right into her cake.  We walked to where the farm animals were and there was a little lamb (see extra)
After hubby and I took our beach chairs down to the beach. It may not show on the picture, but there were quite a few people there.
