DARCY AND ANNIE

Well, the pancakes were a success and Gordon and Annie both enjoyed them. As you can see, Darcy was in good form.

Unfortunately, about half an hour before they arrived, I fell down the stairs spraining my left ankle. I managed to hobble around the kitchen to organise brunch but, when I eventually sat down my ankle became really painful. I think I’ll be sleeping downstairs on the sofa tonight!
