Bronze cows, downtown Toronto
Amidst the tall towers of downtown Toronto is a small square - Oscar Peterson Square, named after the Canadian Jazz great - and in that square it The Pasture - an collection of life-size, lifelike bronze bovines. Created by Canadian sculptor Joe Fafard of Saskatchewan, they've been a Toronto favourite for decades (since 1985).
The weather was grey, overcast, rainy and the grass is only just starting to turn green so it made for a dreadful colour photo so I filtered it to black & white so it's more presentable. See the artist's link above for some colour shots.
