Yellow Rattle

A single plant seen around the res today. I don't ever remember finding one here before. It's a good plant for wildflowers as it is semi-parasitic. Easy explanation is that the grass weakens and the wildflowers flourish. And, such a shame that a farmer has mown down the wildflower meadow before it even got really going.
