Oh dam!

An interesting day today I was off out with a friend recording an interview for the tour of the Waimea Dam Project. This is a tour of the current build as it is not possible for people to get up due to restricted space and health and safety issues.
Today was an Environmental Engineer explaining what was happening away from the dam with the growing of 40,000 trees which will benefit many generations to come.
After finishing with the engineer we had to record some footage of the trees and shrubs he had been talking about which meant crashing through some of the undergrowth hence the Extra.
We have also had our first cold snap so the other Extra shows how pretty the snow is from a distance!
