Salmon a la Pineau

Tidying up my Blip account. this one got mistakenly slotted in to Friday - definitely the wrong day. 

This was a supper I cooked for my daughter Faye the evening before the funeral. I was given the recipe by Brian, a pal from my photo society, who is worried I am not going to eat properly.

So I thought I would give it a try and I can confirm that it was delicious.
