Batch #2

Came down to Paonia with a goal in mind to make some apple sauce out of Mike's leftover apples. Surprisingly they've kept through the winter in the chilly basement. We picked out the best apples, washed them off, then hand peeled and chopped all of the apples before boiling them down. The whole process took quite a few hours and we ended up staying up way past each of our breaking points. At least we won't have to deal with it tomorrow...
