Bin Night

After extensive research into democracy sausage offerings at local polling places, we chose the wrong one. Newtown Public School had two long queues, one to vote and one for the sausage sizzle and cake stall. The Town Hall had the shortest queue but no food. Erskineville Public was deceptive. From the gate the queue looked manageable, but the head turned into a snaking coil - 45 mins all up. And they’d run out of food.
