A Lovely Day in London

We had a relaxed start to the day and then walked to Streatham in the rain. Then we got a bus towards the centre and met my sister at the Jerwood Space in Southwark, for lunch.  Her theatre company, Futures, is rehearsing there before their next tour.
After lunch a trip to the Tate Modern. This picture is taken from The Millennium Bridge.  I think the sky, with those wonderful clouds, rather dwarfs the buildings of the London Skyline.
We walked and bussed back to our temporary Streatham home before joining our hosts Nat and Katie for a delicious meal at a local pub. The day finished with a delightful of evening chatting with them about life, the universe, and everything.
