Early finish to Friday work. By 4.30 it seemed that stringing a sentence together was beyond me, so drafting liability clauses seemed unwise. I adjourned to the garden with a restorative gooseberry gin and tonic,

Hurrah for weekends. It’s been a long week.

For the record, 33 degrees today. 21 degrees at 7 this morning, and 26 degrees at bedtime last night. Not had those temperatures in May before.
