Whenever I visit Forfar I visit this shop for a proper Forfar onion bridie. It’s the traditional Saturday lunch for proper Forfarians. Forfar bridies are completely different from other meat and pastry combinations. They are baked each morning on the premises and if one times it right they are available hot fresh from the oven. Today I intended to take a photo before eating it but greed got the better of me. Perhaps next time.
