I do love to greet the morning - Watching the daybreak and listening to the dawn chorus starts my day off in gratitude. 
Someone once said, "An attitude of gratitude takes you to a new altitude"
From that higher place you see things differently, you see things in perspective - being grateful for being able to see a sunrise or the sunset, being grateful for being able to climb to the top of a hill and feel the icey wind on your face. Being grateful for being alive.
