Some flowers and roses on my window now that the trees are in full leaf...

A good walk around town today, had a coffee in town and made a new recipe: Sweet and Sour Tofu

Was pretty good although the rice ended up being dry, and I had to get a 1.6kg jar of peaches in substitute for pineapples listed in the original recipe. (no kidding...)
