Tiny orchard

Of three upright cordon apple trees. James Grieve on the right is an old variety of apple, bred in Edinburgh prior to 1893 by the plants man whose name it bears. Judging by the volume of blossom it is living up to its reputation as doing particularly well in Noerthern Scotland.
