Who lives in this house?

So, have I mentioned I dislike spiders? Especially the huge ones that invade our house every April/May - going outside apparently - then terrorise me again Sept/Oct coming back indoors.

I saw this cobweb attached to the side of the shed and instantly thought, oh no, time for them to start coming in the house again. Eeekkk!
