Nice cold beer after a good hard hilly ok, I'll be honest there was only one run with my mate Vicky .

Mid run, popped into Bingley Harriers club for a toilet break (possibly too much information you say ? ) and had a quick browse on the notice board at their fastest runners. Nice to see Alistair Brownlee's name at the top . Olympic champion on a humble hand typed bulletin . Good eh'!

And whilst we are on the subject of the Olympics , managed to get tickets for British Athletics Anniversary Games at The Olympic Stadium. Yay!!!
