Day 44

So for those of you who follow these "musings" of mine, you will be aware that my youngest is undertaking a wee wander..... All the way from Land's End to John O Groats.

The hope was that myself and Mrs R would be able to catch up with him on part of the journey and this weekend we have managed to achieve that.

An Airbnb was booked right on the Pennine Way and we caught up with him late afternoon.

It was great to see him again and he was in fine form.

This was the view that we enjoyed and Jonathan informed us that he had walked past the monument in the distance on route.

Over 650 miles have been completed thus far.

He'll be well pampered by his mum whilst he is with us that's for sure!!
